I joined the Phoenix Mobile team in 2012. I helped them evaluate the value of existing features and determine which new features were needed in the experience. I worked with a product manager and an existing web product to design the interaction and visuals for new features for both faculty and students. We conducted a set of usability tests and concept validation using paper and interactive prototypes.
I also created online ads to promote the new releases, because Photoshop.
